AMD Driver problems - SM Bus Controller, Ethernet Controller Hello guys, I've been having a lot of issues with my AMD drivers, specially when it comes to chipset and video drivers. I recently had to downgrade my video drivers to June 2015 release date, that was the only solution found so I could run games properly (with recent drivers, games that should run with 100fps+ were running with 15fps). We have most supported AMD Network/ Ethernet Driver Windows 7 Available for free download. This is the most important Network Driver which helps everyone easily connect to the internet. If you fail to connect your computer or laptop there may b problem in your network adapter. Changed my OS from Windows 8 to Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit on a HP Pavilion 15-n003tx notebook PC . Lost Wi-Fi connectivity. No Network Adapter recognised. Downloaded ALL HP software and drivers for : Network Drivers. Same Problem. Need some Serious Help. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, Monty:

You need these drivers...start with smbus controller driver first, and restart the PC.

This package contains the Intel Chipset Installation Utility andDriver for supported notebook models and operating systems. Thisutility enables the operating system to show the correct name forthe installed Intel hardware in the Microsoft Windows DeviceManager.

Ethernet Controller

This package provides the Realtek Local Area Network (LAN) Driverthat enables the Realtek Network Interface Card (NIC) Chip insupported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.

Network controller: Please post the hardware ID for the device. Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID.

PCI Device

This package contains the driver that enables the Realtek Card Reader in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. The card reader enables users to read from or write to supported removable storage cards, which are typically used in digital cameras, digital music players, and cellularphones.

PCI Simple Communication Controller

You probably have to install the AMD graphics driver.

This package provides the AMD High-Definition (HD) Graphics Driverand Catalyst Control Center for supported notebook models that arerunning a supported operating system. Didn't the 3D driveguard driver I posted install? That is the one for the 6007 device.

If not, try manually installing it from the device manager...click on unknown device, click on driver tab, click on update driver, select the browse my computer for driver software, browsing to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file (C:SWSetupsp71811. Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked.
