As of today I've ran into this problem on my desktop in which I cant access the internet, it allows me to go on steam and be online but it doesn't fully load the profile pictures and such when im in my library and doesn't allow me to use store, community, activity etc, same goes for trying to access the internet the page simply does not load. I used the troubleshooter for my network and it seems to be a problem with Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller any help as to what the problem may be and how to fix it ?
