I pay for the Unlimited service every month and I don’t really have any complaints. There are minimal interruptions and I can count on one hand how many times I couldn’t find a song or album I was looking for. Most of what I want I can add to my library for an extended period of time while I pay for the unlimited monthly service. It’s worth it to me because I use it on a daily basis whether it’s in the car or at the gym or studying. I’ll be continuing to use it in the future as long as they continue having the variety of songs that fit my wide range of tastes. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I do wish that there was a warning of some kind of an expiration of the songs that were going to be taken out of your library so you had the opportunity to purchase them before they just up and disappeared. You can still go back through the store and buy them, however, had I known that they were gonna leave my library soon I would likely purchase them immediately and skip that whole process for most of them. The option and warning would be nice. Overall, a good app and the unlimited service is worth it.
Best music app! Would give 4.5 stars!
I love this app! There's a few bugs but for the most part the app runs well. Rarely do I have to skip songs to get it to continue playing; sometimes it forgets where it's at in the song once I've hit paused so it'll replay from the beginning but I don't mind that. I love that I can listen to just about whatever I want for free. I just wish you could customize stations or that it was easier to find specific stations (There may be a way and I just haven't found it yet). I'd like to have an 80s, 90s, and today station just because it's all my favorite at one time. Oh well, I'm enjoying my random solely 80s music days so it's good. I also like the exposure to new music as well. Overall, love this app; very minimal complaints. I'd give 4.5 stars if I could.
Reduced to 3 stars. The has gotten buggy. It crashes every so often and takes several tries to restart it. I still like the ease of use and it's the only app I use for music however I'd like to see some updates pertaining to customer complaints.
Back to 4 stars. Fewer crashes! Some bugs still when paired with Bluetooth but overall a great app
I like but let’s talk
I’m subscribed to the unlimited edition (as well as a prime obv) where I paid for the year upfront for all the music you got. I’ve been using your app for about a year so far.
You’re UI is solid, but there is so much clutter and overlap in your content/songs it makes the overall experience when searching for specific versions of an artists recordings stressful. You will find the same song on 9 different versions of albums some of which are legit and should be “duplicates” but it’s just your orchestration and layout is sloppy. I think using release date of said album for example as an organization method would be a really simple way to manipulate the data so it’s not so messy looking. Take Frank Sinatra’s artist results for example. When scrolling through the albums available, it’s all over the place. One of his major albums is like 7 or 8 rows down in the search results, while other single song albums or various versions are scattered in between and all over.
Organize the results on your UI and I think it might be 4.5 star material. You lose a half star because while content is there in some way the price point is high for already prime subs.

Can You Download Amazon Prime Music To Itunes
Amazon Music (previously known as the Amazon MP3 Store) offers free software for downloading music purchases to your computer. After you purchase music or if you're a member of Amazon Prime Music, you'll enjoy that music in several different ways, including downloading it with a mobile or desktop app.
However, while it's true that Amazon's MP3 downloading tool might seem like the easiest way to download music to your computer, there is always the option of saving the songs through your browser, eliminating the need to download any software.
Download Amazon Music Through Your Web Browser
Amazon Prime Video
Sign in to your Amazon Music by entering your regular Amazon email or phone number, and your password.
On the left side of the Amazon Music page, under the My Musicsection, find the content you intend to download.
Place a check mark next to one or more songs that you want to download through your browser and then click the Download button. To select everything on the page, use the topmost check mark to capture all of it.
If you're downloading music from the Purchased section, you'll see a simple list of all the songs you've bought on Amazon.
If you're looking at an album of songs, and you want to download the entire album as a ZIP file, the download button is hidden away in a small button with three vertical dots. To select a specific song to download out of the album, you can hover your mouse over the song to see a different three-dot button that lets you download just that one song.
A message displays that asks if you want to use the Amazon Music app to download the music. To save the Amazon music without using the app, click the link called No thanks. You may see a message that says that you need to authorize the device before you can download music. You can authorize several devices with your account, so click Authorize device to give your computer the authority to download music out of your account.

Go to Amazon's Digital Music section to look for music you can buy.
Use the menu on the left to browse for songs. You can also use the search bar to quickly find something specific.
When you find a song you want to buy, use either the buy button (the one that has the price written on it) to reach the last step of the process to buy the song or use the cart button to add it to your MP3 cart so you can keep shopping before making the purchase.
When you buy a song on Amazon, you'll get a message showing that the order is complete. On that final screen you'll see a Play Nowbutton to listen to the song in your browser, as well as a Download Purchases button to save the MP3 right away.
